  • Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey is a 1991 American science fiction comedy film, and the directing debut of Pete Hewitt. It is the second film in the Bill & Ted franchise, and a sequel to Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989). Keanu Reeves, Alex Winter and George Carlin reprise their roles. The film's original working title was Bill & Ted Go to Hell and the film's soundtrack featured the song "Go ...

  • Critics Consensus: Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey has the same stars -- and cheerfully wacky sense of humor -- as its predecessor, but they prove a far less effective combination the second time around.

  • The sequel to Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure follows Bill S. Preston, Esq. and Ted "Theodore" Logan adventure. They are out on their own and living with the Princess's from the previous film. They are hoping to win the Battle of the Bands and make the Wyld Stallions a household name.

  • In the small town of San Dimas, a few miles away from Los Angeles, there are two nearly brain dead teenage boys going by the names of Bill S, Preston ESQ. and Ted Theodore Logan, they have a dream together of starting their own rock and roll band called the "Wyld Stallyns".

  • Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure demonstrates these non-heinous tropes:. All Part of the Show: The faculty and students roll with the extreme special effects and historical figures presented at the history final.; All Psychology Is Freudian: Played straight, for obvious reasons.Notice that in almost every scene Freud appears in, he's holding some kind of phallic object—a cigar, a corndog, etc.

  • MGM owns the rights and will release in the U.S. under the Orion Pictures banner. Bloom is handling international sales, which commenced in Cannes this week.

  • Co-writer Ed Solomon has revealed some excellent new Bill and Ted 3 plot details. Bill and Ted Face the Music will reunite Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter for a whole new time-jumping adventure.

  • Three decades later, 'Bill & Ted Face the Music' is in pre-production and being shopped around at Cannes.

  • Tommy (1975). A scene in the "Church of Marilyn Monroe" has the attendants in Marilyn masks and short dirty platinum blonde wigs. (Review by Holly Fairfa)

  • I must have seen this film a dozen times now, and I'm not going to stop watching it until I'm well and truly sick of it - it's just superb. Certain sequences are stunning - the camera work during the chase and free fall scenes leave you breathless, and the surfing footage is excellent.
