  • Summary: Dallas 362 is a gritty, semi-autobiographical portrait of the complex dynamics between friends and family. Ultimately, it is a story of the journey one man takes and the choices he must make to find his way home.

  • Dallas (Caan), however, is a party animal 'til the end. Although his life is an object lesson for how not to behave, Caan makes the character sympathetic and likeable. The black and white still photos in the beginning are beautiful, and Scott looks so much like his father in some of them, it's un-Caany (!).

  • In Scott Caan's first feature, Dallas 362, you can see the same thing as was seen in his first play ('Almost Love'), the raw elements of a budding talent. Caan, son of actor James Caan, wrote and directed the deceptively simple buddy movie and in which he also stars along with Shawn Hatosy, Jeff ...

  • Review: Dallas 362. Film. Berlinale 2019: Out Stealing Horses, A Tale of Three Sisters, & Öndög. Oscar 2019 Winner Predictions: Actor. Review: Isn’t It Romantic Cheekily Sends Up the Rom-Com, But Only Up to a Point. Review: Synonymes Is a Bold Film About the Struggle to Assimilate.

  • Audience Reviews for Dallas 362. ½ Interesting and funny movie. I loved how laid-back and casual the characters were. And it didn't hurt that I got to stare at Jeff Goldblum and Scott Caan ...

  • Dallas 362 Review By Christopher Null Scott Caan wrote and directed this film about, um, himself and his erstwhile brother Rusty ( Shawn Hatosy ), two lovable toughs/borderline losers determined to make something good of their lives.

  • Scott Caan, the 28-year-old son of James Caan, confronts this Oedipal problem head-on in his directorial debut, "Dallas 362," which he also wrote and in which he has a co-starring role.

  • Dallas 362 kicks off with what has become a familiar scene in the lives of two L.A. knuckleheads: Hauled off in cuffs after instigating one of their biweekly bar fights, Shawn Hatosy and Caan get bailed out by Hatosy's mother Kelly Lynch, who chides the boys while knowing full well that the routine will repeat itself. ... • 233 reviews of The Joule, Dallas "I recently stayed at The Joule in Dallas for a quick visit and I must say, they deserve a true 5 star review for value, service, location, food and overall luxury experience! I will definitely stay here again on…

  • The film is being described as semi-autobiographical, which might make sense if Caan didn’t grow up a wealthy Hollywood pedigree. Normally a filmmaker’s social background should seem irrelevant, but Dallas 362 plays more like a vanity project from a rich kid who never got to do his share of macho posturing.
